Issued by the Slaytanic Verses Archive, each plaque features a personalized inscription plate.
An ultra-limited edition of ten Hell Awaits anniversary plaques were hand-signed by Kerry King and Tom Araya in 2025.
While newly produced to commemorate the anniversary, the design draws directly from original Hell Awaits release materials preserved in the archive.
