i've been into slayer from the early 90's,from about the age of 13 am now 35(goddam),First saw SLAYER back in 1994 when they played the barrowland with MACHINE HEAD not bad for ma first SLAYER gig cant remember the first song but it was off DIVINE INTERVENTION,but a do remember the 2nd it all went calm as TOM looked into the pit..............WAAAAAAR ENSEMBLE and the place exploded!!!! I had been to a few gigs before this like sepultura(with max),megadeth,pantera,they were crazy....BUT this was a different kind of CRAZY.No matter what was goin on if some 1 went down TOM was there SHOUTING DOWN PICK HIM UP!!!...thats whats different bout SLAYER.ITS NOT JUST A FAN BASE ITS MORE LIKE A FAMILY GATHERING.People who dont listem to slayer say that the band and songs sound the same time after time,but have they fuck.SLAYER have stayed true to themselves and the fans by playing what they want to play and not trying to cash in on the trends!!! SO THATS WHY AM A SLAYER FAN AND SO ARE YOU ALL...SEE YE ALL IN HELL!!!!!
