I've been waiting almost 25 years to see Slayer. This show was all that I dreamed of. I had no idea Exodus was going to be there. They definitely are a great band and got the crowd warmed up by getting several pits going. Sure brought back memories of parties we had back in high school. Meeting up in someones basement, cranking up the tunes and having our own moshpit listening to Toxic Waltz. 4th time I’ve seen Zombie. Good stage show as usual. Now Slayer…. They kicked ass!!! No theatrics. Just pure hard thrash metal. How the hell does Tom keep himself from headbanging? With the hardcore groove they have, there is no way anyone can keep themselves from pumping their fist and banging their head. I was front and center on the rail for all three shows. Damn I’m getting old, but this old goat never missed a beat. Hell everyone around me was at least half my age. No one will ever be able to move my fat ass off the rail. Too damn many years in the pit! I got one of Exudus’ set-lists, a pick from Tom Araya and several bruises. Fuck I love metal. For all you metalheads by me during the show, FUCK YEA!! And for the dumb fuck from Flin Flon, “Who the hell is Exile and What the hell is with your eagle call?” I do have to admit that I love to come up to Canada because you guys do love your metal. I know the attendance was small, but Slayer, you need to come back again. I heard size doesn’t matter. Oh, maybe that came from my wife.
