Read more First there was "Canadian Carnage," then there was "American Carnage," and now, two of the bands that defined the thrash/metal genre, Slayer and Megadeth, announce the European Carnage Tour, set to kick off March 13 in Kiev, Russia. Over 22-plus dates, Slayer and Megadeth will assault their way from one end of Europe to the other, wreaking carnage in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland.
The last time Slayer toured Europe with Megadeth was back in the Fall of 1990 on the original Clash of the Titans tour. Slayer had just released its fifth studio album, "Seasons In The Abyss" which went on to become a million-selling classic, boasting tracks like "War Ensemble," "Dead Skin Mask," "Expendable Youth,"and the title track.
