Tom Araya y Kerry King de Slayer anuncian que Paul Bostaph vuelve a unirse a la banda, y esta vez a "tiempo completo". Bostaph ocupará la batería desde el 4 de Junio, cuando Slayer arranque con su gira internacional 2013 en Varsovia, Polonia. Gary Holt seguirá ocupando el lugar del guitarrista recientemente fallecido Jeff Hanneman.

Slayer lamenta informar que su compañero y hermano, Jeff Hanneman, falleció alrededor de las 11am la mañana del pasado 2 de Mayo cerca de su casa en Califirnia. Hanneman se encontraba en el hospital cuando sufrió una insuficiencia hepática. Le sobreviven su esposa Kathy, su hermana Kathy y sus hermanos Michael y Harry. Lo echaremos mucho de menos.

Como ya sabeis, Jeff fue mordido por una araña hace mas de un año, pero lo que no sabeis es que unos días despues de ir a urgencias, la situación estaba muy crítica. Hablaron de que posiblemente hubiera que amputar el brazo, y no sabíamos si el iba a ser capaz de salir adelante.
