Having Just Spent The Past Day Thrashing About To the likes of Dimmu Borgir, Iron Maiden and SLAYER! I can safely say;

Life is fucking good!

Slayer canceled Adelaide last time they were in town, suffice to say, I was devastated.

Then soundwave was annouced, with Slayer.

After the scare of them cancelling in Sydney, and Jeff becoming diseased, I was so fucking happy to see their gear being set up, sound-checked, and placed ready for the onslaught.

Slayer Fucking Killed!

Yes, Jeff was missing, But, Mr. Holt did a truly mind blowing performance;

Yes, I would have preferred Jeff, but I feel privileged to see him thrash out along such metal monarchs.

During the set, I also made Tom Laugh, and then make a drumming hand gesture back at me (I assumed he thought my drumming along to the angle of death intro was amusing?).
