This album is slayer with some punk (like every other slayer album) except this one is like 40% punk. Thrash was budding, and slayer was just a bit different. Not like the other albums' are bad, but this one has probably the best slayer guitar solos because they aren't just whammy artificial harmonics and random shredding (well, almost...). My favorite songs on this album are The Antichrist, Metal Storm/Face The Slayer, Black Magic, and Crionics. And guess what...THIS ALBUM SOUNDS EVEN BETTER ON VINYL!!!
I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...SLAYER IS THE THRASHINGEST BAND TO EVER LIVE. THEY NEVER GOT COMMERCIAL LIKE METALLICA, BUT THEY CONTINUOUSLY ARE IN THE CHARTS VERY HIGH JUST BECAUSE OF HOW PASSIONATE THEIR FANS ARE. HAIL SLAYER!
